Taking Flight✈
How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
Thank you note: we the whole batch 180 planned to give a surprise by showing gratitude to our beloved instructors Sir Noor and Ma’am Ayesha who made this journey full of learnings, lessons, creativity, mutual respect, and most importantly work ethic and sincerity towards their profession.
We did make sure to turn on everyone’s camera at 9:30 am sharp. Having gratitude notes in our hands and lovely smiles on our faces with teary eyes and heavy hearts for Ma’am Ayesha, we were looking at Sir Noor. We wanted to say more than just one note here we captured that moment.
Scavenger hunt: We teamed up into two sections and played scavenger hunt. What a fun-loving activity it was. we had a list of clues to find different things and to post a selfie with those required things. We successfully posted unique captured moments there and broke the cliche of not having a strong connection across the internet.
Workplace harassment:
Amal prepared us for every hard phase in life and showed us another hurdle that as men and women both can suffer with. It was workplace harassment that is very daunting fact and can become even more worst for mentle heath as well. Sir Noor share his sinceriest and fruitful advises to tackle such unforeseen situations. He became us enough capable to speakup against it but wisely. Thanks to him for such practical and sensitive discussion that he divilered best.
In the end, we shared our fellowship experiences and learnings and paid gratitude to our fellows and encourages the positive environment that was being created over there. It was the best journey of my life. I can’t thank enough to my instructors who made this most beautiful for us all. Thanks to Amal, Sir Noor and Ma’am Ayesha.
