Self Reflection my Amal journey

Become like a bird, expand your wings, learn new things, and fly high as you can.

My journey started at Amal with a heap of expectations to explore, to sharpen myself, building connections with an unstoppable passion to fly like a bird. My wings were ready to expand but everything was vague. I never had a clear destination but a strong belief in myself. There was chaos that brought creativity in thoughts.

I was just in search of a platform that could add value to my personality and there I found it. The experience is beyond explanation. My supreme Program manager Sir Noor, heart favorite PA Ma’am Ayesha, and my exceptionally amazing fellows made it the best experience ever. The workload was quite much and I took the lead of our very first learning group. Having uncertainties about my skills, I entered into the group and put my best. Finally, I got the best leadership performance remarks from my fellow that I never had before. I overcame public speaking fear by actively sharing my thoughts with my fellows in just the first week when sir told me that I have a very positive attitude. I got to know about different learning opportunities that my fellows used to share in the group. By the time I realized my weakness in PW feedback. My fellows and I were always encouraged to share our opinionated views and even emotions with each other because of them. Like in our second session, my fellow Aqsa shared her strength story of never giving up. She shared how she topped in matriculation examination just because of her passion to learn, Tashfeen shared how he started his freelancing journey with 2 days of learning, Altaf Emotions were contagious additions in our learnings, and Sunil's sweetness was overloaded. That’s how I started my Amal journey. I learned how to make my destination and now my only limit is me. I found my spirit sky-high that I was willing to accept my mistakes and ready to chase my achievements.
